Punk Counterculture embraces: DIY ethic (do it yourself), self-produced albums, fanzines and squatts. ideologically use to be related to: anarchism, atheism, individualism and internationalism. From 1982 it evolued to different sub-genres such as: hardcore, metalcore, crust punk, riot grrrl, grindcore or forms much more accessibles as: pop punk, post-hardcore, folk punk or post-punk. classic bands could be: Sex Pistols, The Clash, The Damned, Ramones, Iggy Pop, Misfits, Dead Kennedys or Black Flag. more contemporary bands could be: Green Day, The Offspring, Blink-182, Bad Religion, Rancid or Rise Against . .
