"Dance the Night" is a song by English and Albanian singer Dua Lipa, released on 25 May 2023 by Atlantic Records as the lead single from Barbie: The Album, the soundtrack album from the film Barbie (2023). It is a disco song that features cello, violin, viola, strings, and bass in its instrumentation, "Dance the Night" is about dancing throughout the night despite enduring sadness. Its music video, which features a cameo from Greta Gerwig, was released alongside it. Commercially, the track was a huge international success, reaching the top 10 in eight countries.
